The RSC has been running a series of free outdoor shows  entitled “Shakespeare Snapshots”. thoughout August and September. Held in The Dell Gardens next to the RSC Theatre and performed by actors from the company who would otherwise be playing in The Winter’s Tale and The Comedy of Errors.This unique programme of socially-distanced, outdoor Shakespeare, albeit without the usual trappings of lights and costume, and the full bells and whistles of a normal RSC show, has been a welcome treat for anyone who has been missing live theatre these last few months.
